First established in 1959 and now rebuilt in 2015;
Our storybook cottages offer a pleasing and well-appointed setting for lakeside retreats. Boat trailer parking is available and beautiful Cedar Springs boat launch is just minutes away. Other amenities include, central heating and air conditioning, excellent well water, handmade breads, cakes and pastries on a preorder basis and electric fireplaces for cozy evenings. One of the cottages is wheelchair friendly and a laundry house will soon be open. Private decks overlooking the lake are furnished with comfortable deck chairs and tables.

Welcome to the
Sproul House Cottage.
This little gem radiates the most storybook feeling of all the cottages, with its cheerful gingham curtains and rounded upholstered furnishings to the mirror finish chrome accents in the kitchenette. The blue sky paint and custom art details along the vaulted ceiling draw the eye up to the cutest little loft you can imagine! Something extra offered in this cottage is a wheelchair friendly design. We are striving to ensure all our guests feel prepared for and enjoy their visit!

♦ There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the loft above. The large covered deck is furnished with generous sized deck chairs, side tables and ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchenette though small is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, coffee maker, gas range and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. For added charm and warmth, an electric fireplace is tucked into the living area.

The Knox, furnished in Old Scottish Country décor. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft bedroom with two twin beds and room for one additional cot or matt for one child (sleeping a total of 4 , two adults and two children, or 4 adults and an extra child if on a cot or matt). There is a large covered deck overlooking the lake with chairs and tables (for deck use only). Kitchens are equipped with all dishes and utensils, toaster, coffee maker, gas range and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is an electric fireplace. Decorations are typical of "French Country" decor.

Huguenot Cottage.
Step inside and experience a breath of fresh air as you look up into the soft blue expanse above the main living space to the open loft, and then down through the oversized viewing windows for a romantic view of the pastoral lakefront setting. The custom built plank loft provides the perfect backdrop for the elegant French Country furnishings.
♦ Three bedroom, two full bath, 1200 sq. ft. cottage.
♦ Two bedrooms with queen beds, a loft bedroom with two full beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates larger groups with added sleeping space. This cottage sleeps a total of ten: six adults and four children, or 8 to 10 adults.
♦ The open kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, coffee maker, gas range and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker.
♦ Large comfortable deck chairs extend the living quarters onto a large covered deck furnished with ceiling fans overlooking the lake.
♦ Central heating and air conditioning.
NOTICE: The ladder type stairs to lofts are steep. They are unsuitable for young children needing supervision and adults who are unsteady on their feet.
